The number 2 question we get, is “what will you do there?”, this is right behind “why?”. So, below is a brief answer to to “what”. Why, is already answered, in detail, on our “why Poland” page.
Our number one motivation for doing ministry in Poland (in fact any ministry we are involved in), is to help people of all generations see and know who God is in their lives. Encouraging them to do God’s work (Eph 4:11-12) with the gifts and calling he has bestowed upon each of His children. Equipping Polish leaders to the extension of the Church (Matt 28:18-20) in their families, cities, throughout Poland, and around the world.
REACH Polska’s goal is to grow big people, who can do God’s kingdom work, who are equipped to build His kingdom in Poland and beyond. We strive to grow passionate followers of Jesus who know they are RELEASED into a reproducing ministry and EQUIPPED to do the work of the Church. Followers who are AFFECTING their communities by relationallyCONNECTING through a full worship experience that loves and serves both God and people. Followers who HELP each other dynamically understand the Father, the Holy Spirit, and the Son.
How this looks, is up to each person we build a relationship with, we visualize small groups, house churches, one on one mentoring and discipleship. Prayer groups, healing discipleship groups (much like our sending church East Hill has), and other relationally based settings is how building community and relationships is at the heart of everything we do; and with accountability, honesty, and working in grace, love, and truth as the foundation.
