So what does 10+ years in the field look like for us? I don’t know for sure but we’ve got a vision, and it looks something like this:
- Polish house group leaders
- Group leaders cultivating other group leaders
- Intentional living community (this is the big ticket item!)
- The beginning of looking at sending a team to another city
- A ministry culture with the heart/vision to make disciples!
Those are the broad ideas, of which everything else will fall in and if something doesn’t fit, it’s probably for someone else to do!
